Payment Policy

Welcome to sabanawaz.com. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
We accept Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Saba Nawaz reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is incomplete or unverifiable.

Orders & Customization

Each outfit at Saba Nawaz is crafted with care and attention to detail. Minor variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or pattern may occur and are part of the design’s natural beauty.
Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In case an ordered item becomes unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.

Shipment Policy

01. We ship worldwide

02. All our international shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number,
and will be shipped 3-4 days after payment.

03. Items shipped from our studio in ramot menashe ISRAEL via ECO post.
It takes around 1-3 weeks getting to the US and Europe.

04. Deliveries overseas may be charged in coasts of costumes (import tax) or Vat (value added tax) according to the states specific law. These charges are hard to predict and are out of our control. Any charge of this kind will be paid by the purchaser.

05. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services, moreover if needed, you are responsible for picking up your item at your nearest post office.

Color & Display

While we make every effort to display colors accurately, the actual shade of a product may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or device screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, weather, or other external factors.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp message, SMS or email.
Saba Nawaz is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

We have a no-refund policy.
Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
If there’s a price difference in the exchanged item, it will be adjusted accordingly.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

General Terms

Saba Nawaz shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
